For purposes of these Terms, “Customer” means any individual placing an order for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation to submit an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).

2.2 Contracting Party

If a contract is formed, it is concluded with:

An order is placed by completing the checkout process, including:

  • Selecting product(s)

  • Clicking “Add to Cart”

  • Reviewing cart details

  • Proceeding to checkout

  • Entering login or registration information

  • Reviewing and correcting entered data

  • Clicking the final purchase button (“Buy Now” or equivalent)

You may review or correct your information before submitting your order.

2.4 Order Confirmation

After submission, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order or ship the goods.

For security reasons, past order data may not be accessible online.

3. Prices, Shipping, and Payment

3.1 Prices

All listed prices exclude shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout if required by law.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna

Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

4.1 Shipping Time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items are ready for shipment promptly.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer.

5. Retention of Title

Title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Voluntary Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy.

You may return goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt without stating a reason.

Do not send returns to any foreign address without prior instructions.

Return instructions, including the German return address, will be provided upon request.

6.2 Refunds

If you return goods within the return period:

  • We will refund the purchase price within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund until the returned goods are received.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

This disclaimer does not apply where prohibited by law.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial principles and, where applicable, the laws determined under conflict-of-law rules.
