Shipping Information
We partner with DHL to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
We offer free standard shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Standard delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time using DHL’s tracking service:

Delivery to DHL Packstations
We ship to DHL Packstations.
If you would like your order delivered to a Packstation, please enter:

“Packstation” followed by the Packstation number in the “Street Address” field

Your Postnummer in the address line labeled “Apartment, Suite, Unit,” or equivalent
Incorrect or incomplete Packstation details may result in delivery delays.
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
A tracking number is required for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking documentation. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Important Notice – Creams and Cosmetic Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, creams and cosmetic products may only be returned if the original seal is intact and the product has not been used.
If the seal has been removed or the product has been used, returns are excluded.
Return Processing Time
Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for return processing. This includes inspection of the returned goods and issuance of the refund.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on return volume.
