1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our online store at:

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Invitation to Purchase

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation to submit an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

2.2 Acceptance

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when:

  • We expressly accept the order, or

  • The goods are shipped.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is due immediately at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, products are ready for shipment promptly.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery.

5. Retention of Title

Title to goods remains with LDK LTD until full payment has been received.

6. Return Policy (Voluntary)

6.1 14-Day Return Period

We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy.

You may return unused goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt without providing a reason.

Return instructions will be provided via email.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after:

  • Receipt of returned goods, or

  • Proof of return shipment

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3 Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products (including creams) are not eligible for return if the seal has been removed or the product has been used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all implied warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations. In such cases, statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms are provided in English. English shall be the controlling language.
