Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

1. Voluntary 14-Day Return Right

You may cancel your purchase and return the goods within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

The return period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item in your order.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement via email.

You may use the sample cancellation form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.

2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

  • Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods, or

  • You have supplied proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of cancellation.

The return address in Germany will be provided via email upon request.

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions from the Return Right

The voluntary return right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized

  • Perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery

  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscription contracts)

  • Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of purchase but which can only be delivered after 14 days and whose value is subject to market fluctuations beyond our control

5. Important Notice Regarding Creams and Cosmetic Products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the return right expires if sealed creams or cosmetic products have been unsealed after delivery or have already been used.

In such cases, returns are excluded.
